PCSO is offering a women’s self defense and safety course. This course is being offered on April 25th by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. It is a free class and girls as young as 13 are able to join it. Girls who are between 13 and 17 need a parent with them. They will sign the waiver, so their kid can participate.
