Owners of the Samsung’s new SmartCam SNH-1011 home-security device may want to ensure their software is up-to-date. That’s because a team of white hat hackers uncovered a serious security flaw in the camera which allows intruders to take over the camera and lock the owner out of any administrative control. Samsung has stated that it will send out an update in its latest firmware which will resolve the matter.
