Liberal government leaders in the state of California are incrementally stripping away the right of citizens to bear arms. Gov. Jerry Brown signed new laws that will make it more difficult for Californians to own guns. Many see the laws as unconstitutional. The response to these new restrictions on specific semi-automatic firearms is that millions of people are buying these guns and ammunition before the window closes January 1. It is rumored that lawmakers will continue their assault on 2nd Amendment rights by trying to ban all semi-automatic weapons in 2017, taking away the rights of the individual to self-defense.
